Shipping Policy

We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $37.

Orders under $37 will be charged a shipping fee calculated at checkout
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days
Shipping carriers: USPS / FedEx depending on location and delivery speed

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
All original tags must be attached, including the back pocket brand tag
The item must be free of:
stains or dirt
any signs of wear or damage
any noticeable odors (e.g., perfume, smoke)

We DO NOT accept returns if:

The back pocket brand tag has been removed
The item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration
The item has any strong or unpleasant odor

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for size or style (subject to stock availability)
If your requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will cover all related costs and arrange a replacement or refund.
